Wheel Size Selection

‌Calculating Rim Diameter‌: Calculate the rim diameter based on the tire size (e.g., 255/75R17), keeping the tolerance within ±3%. For example, tire height x 2 + diameter = rim diameter. Choose a wheel size that approximates this (e.g., 602mm).

‌Material Selection‌: Aluminum alloy wheels are lightweight and have good heat dissipation, making them suitable for urban driving; steel wheels are durable and better suited for off-road driving.

‌Manufacturing Process‌: Forged wheels offer superior strength and light weight, while cast wheels offer lower cost and greater toughness.
